Taiwanese Ice cream popiah comes with three scoops of ice cream and peanuts.
Like every good popiah skin, the popiah skin that Haute&Claud used is chewy and smooth.
The peanuts also compliment the ice cream nicely; it’s not too overpowering, and adds texture to the ice cream popiah.
As for the ice cream scoops, you would be able to mix three different flavours!
